As a Night Manager, you will be a key figure during night shifts. You will ensure smooth operations of the reception, handle guest requests, and oversee the safety of the hotel.
Lead the night front office team and support colleagues in fulfilling their duties.
Take responsibility for the night audit and ensure financial records are accurate.
Address unusual situations, such as guest complaints or technical issues.
Ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Communicate with other departments and relay important information to the day team.
Previous experience in hospitality.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to effectively resolve issues and handle stressful situations.
Fluency in Czech and English (additional languages are a plus).
Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage.
