GENERAL DUTIES
The main goal is to increase events, food and beverage profits and awareness of MS Prague Lead an entertainment and community Craft a entertainment strategy tailored to local specifities while respecting Mama Shelter’s global strategy.
Report directly of your actions and results to the DSM and FBD of establishment and the Marketing & Communication Department of the Mama Shelter HQ.
RELATED TASKS AND ACTIVITIES
Entertainment
Searching for and booking DJs and live bands, making sure they match Mama’s positioning and budget
Managing and cultivating relationships with DJs, musicians and other artists
Leading and supporting the team in managing the ambiance, sound and light in the restaurant, terrace and rooftop
Creating and managing special events (inlc. New Year Eve party, Valentine, etc.) to rise the attending customer numbers and grow the F&B business of the hotel
Overseeing the events and coordinating a team responsible for ensuring the event is in line with the client’s vision
Managing invoicing & budgeting, ensuring administrative aspects to all tasks related to the role
Creating & organising different type of events to increase Mama Shelter Prague brand awareness in the local market. Ensuring that the brand’s DNA is reflected in all events
Social Media
Following Mama Shelter’s central marketing & communication, as well as with our dedicated communications agency
Delivering the content that is shared on social media by the agency
Be able to create content by your own using creative tools and softwares
Creating a social media content/event calendar
Increasing social media engagement across platforms
Ensuring that the brand’s DNA is reflected in all digital communications
REQUIRED PROFILE
Background / Professional Experiences :
At least 2 years of experience in managing organising events, particularly in hotel-restaurant or related festive sector
Experienced in the visual creation tools
Languages : fluency in the Czech language, professional English
