The Sous Chef is responsible for the operation of the kitchen, team organization, and the quality of prepared dishes.
They stand in for the Head Chef, oversee compliance with standards, participate in menu creation, and ensure smooth service flow.
• You have experience in the kitchen, ideally also as a Sous Chef
