Job description
The Sous Chef is responsible for the operation of the kitchen, team organization, and the quality of prepared dishes.
They stand in for the Head Chef, oversee compliance with standards, participate in menu creation, and ensure smooth service flow.
Job requirements
• You have experience in the kitchen, ideally also as a Sous Chef
• You can lead a team and support the Head Chef
• You have a sense for taste, quality, and detail
• A busy service doesn’t throw you off, and you can keep up the pace
• You are responsible, independent, and reliable
• You maintain order, systems, and hygiene standards
