We are looking for an experienced and independent colleague to join our team at Luxury Residences and take responsibility for revenue management and reservation processes across our premium accommodation projects in Prague.

Job description

Managing pricing strategy and revenue optimization (revenue management)

Working with reservation systems and distribution channels (OTA, direct booking)

Monitoring competitors and market developments

Data analysis, forecasting, and reporting Managing availability and pricing across platforms

Collaborating with marketing on campaigns and sales support

Optimizing reservation processes and the guest journey

Job requirements

Previous experience in a similar position within hospitality or short-term rentals

Understanding of revenue management principles and dynamic pricing

Ability to work with data and turn insights into concrete actions

Independent, detail-oriented, and systematic approach Experience with tools such as PMS MEWS/Opera Cloud, channel manager, YieldPlanet, Excel/Google Sheets

Professional level of English
