We are looking for an experienced and responsible cook who has a passion for gastronomy, an eye for detail, and a desire to contribute to creating a unique Asian-style cuisine.
Responsible for an assigned kitchen section (hot dishes, cold dishes, side dishes, etc.)
Ability to work independently, as well as being able to work within a small kitchen team and plate dishes according to Bale restaurant standards.
Cooperate with the kitchen team, maintaining food quality and presentation.
Monitor ingredient freshness and comply with hygiene standards.
Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal menus.
Knowledge of modern and classical culinary techniques
